How long does the storyboarding process take?
Here’s the thing: we don’t storyboard our projects. It’s not because we’re lazy – we just developed an alternative system that is highly successful at creating visually breathtaking films. Instead of storyboarding, we use the Story Development Session to get an idea of what visuals we’ll need for your story. This keeps the film natural and authentic while maintaining its professional quality.
Do I need to hire actors?
We have a network of professional actors that we can call on when necessary. But we do like to give every video we make an authentic feel by showing your staff and your company. Humanising your business makes it more relatable and goes a long way to establishing trust and credibility.
Where are you located?
Our head office is located in Australia’s Gold Coast, but we service clients from all over the world, including New Zealand, USA, Vietnam, Singapore and South Africa.
How do you choose the music that’s featured in your videos?
Over our many years of operation, we have built a library of thousands of songs we can legally use for your video. We do, however, work closely with you and are open to any song requests you have.

What if I want changes to the video after it’s been produced?
If changes are required, we implement them at no extra cost. But because of our unique and collaborative creation process, we almost never get requests for changes to the video after completion. Our planning is so good that 98% of our clients are happy with the first version.
Can we get an edit for social media?
At your request, we will provide an edit optimized to get maximum engagement and retention through your social media channels.
How big are the camera set ups?
We’re storytellers, so we like to keep things simple and not distract from the story. We have used every camera setup and found that a simple one is the most effective.
How long do shoots take?
The shoot time varies depending on what is involved with the filming. But our most common shoot time is a day session.
Do you charge extra for revision?
No. We’re confident that there will be minimal or no revisions needed for your video, so we don’t charge for any of them.
Where is your team based?
Our team is based in Australia’s Gold Coast. We do, however, travel to all major cities within Australia and around the world when needed to complete filming.
How much does it cost?
We create custom packages that are tailored to your business needs. When you inquire with us, one of our friendly team members will ask you a few questions, put together a package for you and give you all the information you need.
How long does it take to complete a whole project?
The time it takes to complete a project varies depending on a number of different factors: time of year, how busy we are, available filming dates and travel. Our average start-to-finish completion time ranges from 4 to 6 weeks.
How do I know my video will be the same quality as the others?
We’re perfectionists. We would never release a video until it’s ready and has passed through our quality assurance process. Every video also goes through our creative director, who is responsible for consistently upholding the quality of the work we create.
Will filming a Business Video disrupt our everyday business activities?
One of the reasons our clients love us so much is that it feels like we’re not even there even while we’re filming. We don’t use a giant film crew, so you don’t need to shut everything down.
