Create Videos to inspire your team

Why is it important to invest time and money to create videos for your staff or your culture at your company?

Having staff in your company is the biggest expense. How can you turn that expense into an investment?

Use story and emotion in your videos.

You see, people are emotional, and people make decisions based on emotional reasoning. If your team feel like they belong somewhere, are part of the family, they’ll be much happier at work, therefore producing much better results in the long term. I think it comes down to having a purpose. When people have a purpose, they will be much more concrete in what they do.

In the past few years, we’ve had a few companies and schools approach us to create a story in the form of a film to inspire the people within the organisation, and the whole aim around it was that we wanted the people to feel like they are a part of something special, something that they can be proud of. And you know what? The results were amazing. There’s an immediate change. For example, when they presented the film to their team, people actually cried because they invest so much time getting up each morning and going to work.

Have a look at the links below just to give you a few examples of these films that we have created in the past, and if you feel like story will improve the culture at your company, definitely let us know. We’d love to help you out with that.
