When we take on a clock, we take on a client for life. Seeing our clients with the satisfaction at the end of any project, that’s what inspires us. That’s what drives us. It’s the best feeling in the world and Evbuilt, we’re a niche building company. We do anything from this small little renovation style projects through to luxury homes and multilevel residential apartment complexes. It’s not just a case of building what’s on a plan. We actually sit down with that client. We’d guide them through all those little details, so once it’s finished, it’s meeting their expectation. The whole building experience can be such an emotional process and what we do at Evbuilt is we try to take that fear from the experience. It’s a huge investment, so you really need to feel as if it’s someone that you can trust and work closely with. What we try and do differently from other building companies is that you’re dealing with me as a sole director on a daily basis, on every job site, building a connection. It’s building a relationship and then at the end of the project when we’re handing over a set of keys, we usually enjoy a glass of champagne at completion.
Adam just has this incredible ability to get along with absolutely everybody. He’s very hard not to like. The benefit of working with Evbuilt is that you’re going to have a very enjoyable process and you’re going to be very satisfied at the end of the day.
We’ve got a select team of trades that we use on all our projects. It’s a very close-knit team. So clients, they love just the general feel of our job sites. They’re more than welcome to talk to a subcontractor about a detail and they’d be more than happy to respond and give the right sort of feedback. At the end of the day, we want every client to have no doubt whatsoever that the next time they build their building with her built. We want every client to feel like they’ve had not only value for money, but just a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. That’s what inspires us. That’s what drives us.
