What if you need changes?

We believe in the creation process so much that we have produced that we do not charge any extra for changes requested after the video has been completed. Once we deliver the final draft video, the client has an opportunity to review the video and request any changes that may be required. Due to our creation process, 98% of clients are so happy with the final product that no changes or edits are required. However, if you do need a change, we’ve got you covered!

Story Development Session

The SDS or Story Development Session is the reason that we have so few changes to all our videos. This is a process we have developed that is responsible for creating the best possible story and bringing the clients business to life. This is a process we go through with every single client, big or small. In this session, we dive deep into what makes up your business. Your desire, your biggest challenge, your point of difference and other details that we need to extract the best possible story. This enables us to reflect your business in the exact light that you see it in. It is because of this session that the majority of our clients are so happy upon receiving their video.

Future Changes

Your business will grow and become more successful over time. This may mean that you have changed your core values or improved certain systems or products. In this case, we offer a unique service to all of our clients. If you would like to get your video updated in the future to better reflect where your company is at, then we film new visuals and insert them into your video. This ensures that your business overview video is always up to date and accurately representing your company.
