Results should mirror the Desire the character had in the beginning of the story. If not, well then it’s most probably not a case study or a testimonial video but some form of entertainment. If the character desired cake in the beginning, we’re going to give them cake in the end of the story.
Results is the most important part of any case study or testimonial video. Results on it’s own is not good enough though, you need the build up and context that Desire, Conflict & the Journey/Solution provides to make it exceptionally powerful and trustworthy.
