When was the last time someone did something for you just because?

I bet you it made a huge impact on how you perceived that person.

If you’re running out of ideas on how to stand out, especially in business, well then I might have an idea for you.

I call it Video Messages.

What are Video Messages?

Well, surprisingly, it’s a Video that you send to someone and it’s produced intentionally for that one person.

I have been sending a video messages to clients and referral partners for the past 3 months. It came up because I wanted a way to convey a message through my facial expressions, language and body language and I couldn’t do so over an email.

The results have been phenomenal and that’s why I’m sharing this with everyone today.

How to shoot and send Video Messages

In the video below you will find out exactly how I send video messages.

When to send Video Messages

Now that you know how to shoot, upload and send Video Messages it’s time to start brainstorming when to send them.

Here are a couple ideas:

  • A couple days before an important meeting with a potential client.
  • After your first meeting with a potential client.
  • When you send your quote or proposal.
  • When a client signs up with you. (Maybe get your team involved too).
  • When a someone refers a client to you.
  • Happy birthday message.
  • Project updates.
  • When you finish their project or deliver their goods.

There are a thousand other reasons as to why you should send video messages so let me know in the comments below some ideas that come to mind.
